01Can a member belong to two sections?
Yes. Chapter membership is many-to-many; dues can be per tier or per section as your statute requires.
02Do we need the Pro plan?
A club with up to 250 members, one administrator and three published events at a time can run on the free plan. Sections (chapters) and governance are part of Pro.
