These terms govern access to and use of the website supaguild.com (the "Website"), operated by Design Excellent Group SL. The Website presents the SupaGuild association management system and lets you contact us or create an account.
The SupaGuild platform, that is the console, the tenant sites and the member portals, is not governed by this page. Its use is governed by the general terms of service and the data processing agreement of the SupaSailing platform, which every association accepts at sign-up and which prevail over any description on this Website.

2. Acceptance
By using the Website you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the cookie policy. If you do not accept them, do not use the Website.
3. Use of the Website
You may browse the Website, read its content, use the contact form and create an account. You agree to use it lawfully, not to interfere with its operation, not to attempt unauthorised access, and not to use automated means to extract its content beyond what search engines do.
4. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, software and design, belongs to Design Excellent Group SL or its licensors and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law, including Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996. "SupaGuild" is a trademark used by Design Excellent Group SL. Reproduction, distribution or transformation of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited, except for quotation with attribution.
5. Information you submit
When you use the contact form you warrant that the information is accurate, that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others. We process it as described in the privacy policy.
6. Information about the product
We make reasonable efforts to describe SupaGuild accurately, including the features pages, which describe the product as shipped, and the pricing page, which reads the limits the software enforces. Descriptions on the Website are informative; the features, limits and prices that bind the parties are those in the platform terms and in the plan chosen at sign-up.
7. No warranty for the Website
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website itself. This clause concerns the Website only; service levels of the platform are set in the platform terms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Design Excellent Group SL is not liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from the use of or inability to use the Website, from unauthorised access to transmissions, or from content transmitted by third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

The Website links to third-party sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
10. Changes
We may change these terms. Material changes are announced on the Website at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
11. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Applicable legislation includes Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

12. Severability
If a provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
