Events & QR check-in

Regattas, dinners, courses and conferences, with a door that works offline

Publish an event, sell member and non-member tickets, manage sessions and waitlists, and check guests in by QR code with an app that keeps working when the marquee has no signal.

Tickets that know who is a member

Because events live in the same system as the register, a member price applies automatically to members in good standing, and a lapsed member sees the public price. Guests register with a form; groups can be booked and managed by one person through a shared link.

  • Ticket types with capacity, price, sales window and member-only visibility.
  • Sessions and tracks for a conference, heats and divisions for a regatta.
  • Waitlists that promote automatically when a place frees up.
  • Enquiries from exhibitors and partners collected on the event page.

Check-in at the door

Door staff scan QR tickets with their phone; a self-service kiosk mode lets guests scan themselves. The check-in app caches the attendee list and keeps scanning offline, then syncs when the connection returns.

Communication rules

Confirmation, reminder the day before, and a thank-you with the photos: each notice is a rule you write once per event template, in your words, and the engine sends it on time.

Public event pages and widgets

Every event has a public page on your tenant site, and the calendar can be embedded on your website. Event templates let the office reuse last year’s regatta setup instead of starting over.

Questions

About events & qr check-in.

01Can non-members buy tickets?

Yes. Each ticket type can be open to the public, reserved to members, or both at different prices. Guests become contacts you can invite to join later.

02Does check-in work without internet?

Yes. The check-in app stores the attendee list on the device and records scans locally, then syncs when it is back online. Two devices can scan at once without double-counting.

03How many events can we run?

The free plan allows three published events at a time; Pro and Enterprise have no limit. Boat-show scale events with exhibitors and lead capture are part of the Enterprise plan.
