Campaigns & reports

Segmented campaigns and a report the board can read

Write to the members who need the message, not to everyone: by tier, status, chapter, qualification or event. Then bring the board a year-on-year report on members, renewals and lapses instead of a spreadsheet assembled the night before.

Campaigns to the right segment

Pick a segment from the register, such as members whose licence expires this quarter or the junior fleet in one chapter, write the message in the campaign editor, and send. Every send respects the consents each member has given, and unsubscribe is one click.

  • Segments saved and reused.
  • Delivery, open and click events per recipient.
  • Sending from the association’s own domain on the Pro plan, once SPF and DKIM are verified.

Every automatic message in your words

Renewal invoice, reminder, welcome, event confirmation: each is a template you can rewrite, per language, with the variables the message carries. The office keeps the tone of the association without asking anyone for a code change.

Reports and the board PDF

The reporting view shows members by tier and chapter, joiners, renewals and lapses, year on year. Report presets save the views the board asks for every quarter; on the Pro plan, a board report exports them as a PDF with the association’s branding.

Questions

About campaigns & reports.

01How many emails can we send?

The free plan includes 1,000 emails and two campaigns a month, enough for a newsletter to your own members. Pro includes 20,000 emails a month and unlimited campaigns; Enterprise is unlimited.

02Can we send from our own address?

On the Pro plan you verify your sending domain with SPF and DKIM and campaigns leave from, for example, [email protected]. Until then they are sent from SupaGuild on your behalf, with your name.
