Legal notice (Aviso Legal) of supaguild.com under article 10 of the Spanish LSSI-CE: identification of Design Excellent Group SL, the company that operates SupaGuild.

Design Excellent Group SL, the company behind UX Studio, operates supaguild.com, which presents SupaGuild, a software-as-a-service association management system for clubs, federations, professional and trade associations: membership database, dues, applications, member portal, directory, events, governance, communications and sponsors. SupaGuild is a module of the SupaSailing suite described at supasailing.com.

3. Intellectual property

All content of this website is the property of Design Excellent Group SL or its content suppliers and is protected by Spanish and international intellectual property law. The name and logo "SupaGuild" are used by Design Excellent Group SL. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation of the content without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

4. Liability

Design Excellent Group SL is not liable for damage arising from interruptions or defects of the website caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, from unauthorised access or alteration of data by third parties, from force majeure, or from the content of third-party sites linked from this one.

SupaGuild is a management tool that assists the officers of an association. It does not replace the association's own statute, professional advice or regulatory obligations. Users of the platform are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data they enter.

5. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Palma de Mallorca, Spain, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise. Applicable legislation includes Ley 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Ley Orgánica 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

Complaints may be sent by post to the address above or by email to [email protected]. We acknowledge each complaint and reply within 15 days. Design Excellent Group SL is not adhered to a consumer arbitration system; consumers may contact the consumer authorities of their place of residence.
