Everything a member asks the office for

The questions that fill a secretary’s inbox, such as how much do I owe, when does my membership end, where is my receipt, have the same answer in the portal. Members see their membership card, their invoices, their qualifications and the events they signed up for.

  • Membership status and renewal date on the home screen.
  • Invoices with online payment and downloadable receipts.
  • Qualification uploads with the expiry date set by the member and verified by staff.

Your brand, your domain

The portal carries your logo, colours and wording. On the Pro plan it also lives on your own domain, such as members.yourclub.org, with the certificate provisioned automatically. “Powered by SupaGuild” stays in the footer, as it does on every tenant site.

Consents the member controls

Each use of personal data has its own consent: association communications, the public directory profile, cross-association directories, partner marketing. Members grant or withdraw each one in the portal, and the platform respects it everywhere, from campaigns to the directory.

About member portal.

01Do members need to install an app?

No. The portal is a web app that works in any browser on phone, tablet and computer, and can be added to the home screen like an app.

02How do members get access?

An invitation email with an activation link, sent when a member is imported or approved, or on demand from the console. Members sign in with email and password or with a magic link.

03Which languages does the portal support?

English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Portuguese. Each member picks their own.
